The Project – Responsive Website Design
Elevations’ new responsive website works beautifully on every device. We used our website design expertise to develop initial graphic designs by Scott Stephenson into a slick, responsive website that has room to expand along with their developing online strategy.
Sii’s technical and creative input has been invaluable in turning a good site into a great site. As designers, the look was paramount so we prepared the concept and Sii developed it on WordPress which allows us total control to update much more frequently and regularly. We are all so very pleased with the look and feel of our new web site.
Sii offered his expertise without jargon, his guidance without arrogance and patience in abundance. We would recommend him to anyone (but not our competitors)! Thank you.

Built on WordPress
The Elevations Team have very strong design and copywriting skills, so we designed their site as a sleek backdrop to their content and trained them to use WordPress; empowering them to make the most out of this very popular publishing platform and fill the site with the content that they desired.
The site theme is completely bespoke. It is designed to let their beautiful exhibition stands do the talking.
Designed for Search
We all like to search. We don’t want to spend valuable seconds clicking from page to page, hunting for what we’re looking for – we just search.
Designing a mechanism for search that would be equally effective across all types of device – mobiles, tablets and computers – was quite a challenge, but we succeeded and we think the solution we designed for Elevations.co.uk is very elegant. On mobiles, the search icon is right there for when you need it, and when you move to a larger screen, the design scales beautifully.
We designed Elevations from the smallest screen size out – a methodology called mobile first. The result is a site that feels as clean and un-cluttered on the big screen as it does in the palm of your hand.
Don’t just read about it
