We’ve been designing websites since 1996 – that’s over 17 years of web design experience and we love it now more than ever.
Whether you’re designing a website, a house or a car, before you start thinking about what it looks like, you need to know what it’s going to be for. The first thing we do is ask you what your website is for; is it to sell a product? to promote your brand? to engage with your customers? to explain your services? to get new customers?
In reality, it’s probably a mixture of those and a bunch of others as well. The key is that your new website isn’t just something nice to look at – it has a job to do – and if we are to be successful in designing your new website, we need to understand what that job is.
What we do
We work hard to understand your business. At the beginning of every project, we will bombard you with questions so that we can design a website that communicates your business to the world in the best possible way.
We’ll find out about your products and services, quiz you about your target market, get to know your customer service team and find out what flavour of ice-cream you like best.
What we don’t do
We don’t create fixed-width websites (and here’s why) and we don’t churn out a ‘new’ carbon-copy website every week.
Your business is different
Not only is your business different, it’s unique – and that’s how we treat you. We don’t have a stock of website templates. We provide bespoke solutions. We don’t shy away from any one way of working. We choose the right tools for the job.
The Internet is ever changing and with everyday and every client, we learn new things. We focus on the details, we take small steps, and we take lots of them to improve your website and your business.
